Harry J. Clark, CFP
President and CEO

Harry established Clark Capital Management Group as an independent financial adviser in 1986 following a number of years in the financial services industry. Desiring to provide the highest quality service to investors, Harry emphasized independent market research and in-depth economic analysis which led to the development of proprietary market models. Clark Capital maintains itself at the cutting edge through the development of innovative investment products in response to the opportunities and challenges of constantly changing markets and technological advances. Sought after for commentary and interpretation of the markets, Harry appears frequently on Bloomberg radio and television. He is also a frequent guest on CNBC and CNN™ and has contributed to articles in a number of nationally distributed business journals and newspapers including Business Week, the Chicago Tribune, LA Times, and the Financial Times. Mr. Clark earned his B.S. and M.S. from Villanova University and holds the CFP designation.
K. Sean Clark, CFA
Chief Investment Officer

As Clark Capital's Chief Investment Officer, Sean directs all of the Firm's investment activities. Sean is responsible for asset allocation and investment selection for Navigator Investment Solutions, Navigator Select, and Navigator Master as well as directing ongoing market research and contributing to the development of proprietary products. In addition, Sean is a member of the Clark Capital Management Committee. Sean graduated from the University of Delaware, earning a B.S. and an M.A. in Economics. Sean is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute (formerly AIMR) and the Financial Analysts of Philadelphia, Inc. Sean frequently appears on CNBC and Bloomberg TV.
Steven Grant
Executive Vice President

Steve is Vice President of Premier Portfolios and portfolio manager of the Navigator Tax-Free Program. A member of Clark Capital’s Management Committee, Steve is a key contributor to product development and to the implementation of industry and technological innovations. Steve’s involvement in the financial industry began in 1976 with Hess Grant and Co. In 1989, Steve co-founded Williams Capital Markets, an institutional municipal bond firm. In 1996, he joined Clark Capital Management. Steve is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, attended the College of Financial Planning and holds the CFP designation.
David J. Rights
Director of Research

David Rights holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University. In the late 1970s, David turned his technical skills to the investment arena and began to develop economically based, quantitatively driven econometric models. David has also developed technical models used to enhance relative returns and reduce risk of ETF and fund based products. David directs the ongoing research into securities selection and portfolio strategies used to enhance the Navigator investment programs. David was formerly President and Chief Investment Officer of RTE Asset Management which merged with Clark Capital in 2005
Maira F. Thompson
Senior Portfolio Manager

Maira is a Senior Portfolio Manager for the Premier Portfolio Group. She is responsible for the Premier Portfolios equity management and portfolio relationships. Maira has spent a number of years in the investment business primarily dealing with high net worth investors. Prior to joining Clark Capital Management, she was Vice President and head of the Philadelphia Investment Group for Meridian Asset Management. While employed at Meridian, she also headed the Delaware Trust Investment Division. From 1986 to 1993, Maira was Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice President for Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia.
Jamie Mullen
Senior Portfolio Manager

Jamie developed and manages the Navigator Global Strategy portfolio. Global Strategy uses relative strength models created by Clark Capital to gain diversification across market segments such as U.S. styles and sectors, international equity, commodities, and alternative investments. In addition, Jamie manages covered call options deployed on individual stocks and exchange traded funds in the Premier Portfolio Group and implements collar strategies on individual blocks of stocks. Jamie has over 20 years of experience in dealing with institutional clients and money managers. Mr. Mullen received his degree from St. Joseph's University.
Elizabeth A. Schoenberg
Portfolio Manager

Ms. Schoenberg joined Clark Capital Management in 1997, and is responsible for the allocation and investment of all CCMG wealth management programs. She has over ten years of experience encompassing asset management, banking, and mutual fund operations. Most recently she was an Investment Officer with Rittenhouse Financial Services where she managed individual accounts for institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Ms. Schoenberg is currently studying for Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst’s examination.
Mason Wev, CFA
Portfolio Manager

Mr. Wev joined Clark Capital Management Group, Inc. in 2005 as a Portfolio Manager and currently works on the Investment Committee, contributing to asset allocation policy and security selection. Mr. Wev has ten years experience in the investment industry. He is responsible for quantitative investment analysis, security selection, and communicating the firm's investment policy to wealth advisors and consultants. He has been instrumental in the development and management of the Style Preferred, Guardian Bond, Strategist, and Multi-Strategy programs. A graduate of Dickinson college, Mr. Wev earned an M.B.A. in International Management from the Garvin School of Management at Thunderbird (the American Graduate School of International Management) and holds the CFA designation. He currently resides in East Norriton, Pennsylvania.

Brendan Clark, CFA
Senior Investment Consultant

As a Senior Investment Consultant at Clark Capital, Brendan partners with trusted wealth advisors in their dedication to affluent families, high net worth individuals, and foundations. Brendan assists his Partners in building their ideal wealth counseling practice so they can focus exclusively on their clients’ needs. Together, Brendan and his Partners specialize in providing highly customized wealth management and investment solutions with a level of sophistication typically reserved for ultra high net worth and institutional investors. Brendan earned a B. S. in Economics from the University of Delaware and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He is a member of the CFA Institute (formerly AIMR, the Association for Investment Management and Research) and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
